The home had water damage in the master bathroom with wood paneling coming off the wall and we found curtains with numerous large stains and broken loose tiles in the dining room. The downstairs bedroom smelled of water damage and had wood paneling coming off the wall. We found dead bugs in the showers and sinks. The refrigerator was dirty. We found droppings in the kitchen...
